Medical emergency

This website and online booking are not for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is facing a life- threatening situation, call local emergency services (e.g. 108 / 112 in India) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering a contract under applicable law to use our services. If you use DMC on behalf of another person (e.g. a family member), you confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

DMC provides multispeciality healthcare including Allopathy, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy, along with related digital tools such as appointment booking and patient portals where available. Services are offered subject to doctor availability, clinical suitability, and clinic policies. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the website with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Appointments and cancellations

When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact and relevant health information. Please arrive on time or notify us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows or abuse of booking systems may result in restrictions on future bookings. Fees, payment terms, and refund rules for consultations are as communicated at the time of booking or at the clinic.

4. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

5. Not medical advice online

General information on this website is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified doctor for questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law, such as certain personal injury claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct as determined by a court) shall not exceed the amount you paid us specifically for the digital service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
